Dinner & Drinks is provided by the fellas at LFG BBQ — because no one should learn BBQ on an empty stomach.
Sunday – 6:00 AM (yes, true competition mornings start early)
Kick off the day with the legendary Wag’s Backwoods Biscuits & Gravy — a highlight all on its own.
From there, Kyle and Wags will guide you through their complete contest-day process, step by step, from lighting the pit to final turn-ins.
Throughout the entire class, you’ll see, taste, and break down World Champion BBQ with the people who cooked it.
